Position Summary: Provide leadership and direction to employees to attain short- and long-term goals, optimize team effectiveness, and meet daily work schedules in the Georgia North Plant Processing Department. Achieve departmental goals and metrics by managing crew, productivity, material usage, product quality (yield), and equipment utilization. Ensures safety, regulatory compliance, morale, and cost control. Manages the process from the yard in, starting with the quality of the raw clay, storage and clay shed control, and quality all the way to packaging. Develop a team concept with all of the other superintendents in the sharing of regional assets and meeting regional goals. Representative Duties:
